PT Ready Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PT Ready, including the mobile app, web app, related pages, and services provided by BitVoyage LLC ("BitVoyage," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using PT Ready, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PT Ready.
1. What PT Ready Is
PT Ready is a fitness readiness tracking and training support tool. It can calculate scores, store score history, log workouts, generate AI-assisted training plans, support UFPM-style local roster workflows, play timers or audio, export files, and provide app update notifications.
PT Ready is an unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Air Force, the Department of the Air Force, the Department of Defense, AFPC, Google, Apple, or Groq. For official requirements, testing decisions, exemptions, medical questions, and personnel actions, consult official guidance and appropriate officials.
2. No Medical, Safety, or Official Fitness Advice
PT Ready is provided for general informational and fitness planning purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, official scoring certification, or a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for determining whether any exercise, training plan, test event, or intensity is appropriate for you.
Stop exercising and seek professional help if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, injury, or any other concerning symptom. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or changing a fitness program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, limitation, pregnancy, medication concern, or other health risk.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use PT Ready. PT Ready is not directed to children under 13.
Some features may require an account or third-party sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information. By using PT Ready, you also agree to the practices described in the PT Ready Privacy Policy.
5. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, BitVoyage grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use PT Ready for your own lawful use. PT Ready is licensed, not sold.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, host, or exploit PT Ready except as allowed by law or with our written permission. You may not remove proprietary notices or use PT Ready to create a competing product or service.
6. Your Content and Data
You keep ownership of information you enter into PT Ready, such as scores, logs, plans, roster records, feedback, and notes. You grant BitVoyage a limited license to process that information as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve PT Ready, including through service providers described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information you enter, import, export, or share. Do not enter information you are not authorized to use, especially personal information about other people.
7. AI-Generated Training Plans
AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable for your circumstances. PT Ready's AI plans are suggestions only. You must review any plan before using it and adapt it based on your health, environment, equipment, command guidance, and professional advice. BitVoyage does not guarantee that any AI plan will improve performance, prevent injury, satisfy official requirements, or be appropriate for any person.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use PT Ready for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
- Upload, enter, or transmit content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or contains malicious code.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Interfere with, overload, scrape, probe, or disrupt PT Ready or its service providers.
- Bypass usage limits, authentication, security, or access controls.
- Use PT Ready to make official personnel, medical, legal, or disciplinary decisions without independent verification from authorized sources.
9. Exports, Backups, and Data Loss
PT Ready may store some data locally on your device and may sync certain data if you sign in. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and protecting exported files. BitVoyage is not responsible for lost, corrupted, deleted, incomplete, or inaccessible local data, exported files, or synced data, except where prohibited by law.
10. Notifications
If you allow notifications, PT Ready may send app update or release notifications. You can disable notifications in your device settings. We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered or delivered on time.
11. Third-Party Services and Materials
PT Ready may rely on or link to third-party services, software, content, or platforms, including Firebase, Google, Apple, Cloudflare, Groq, app stores, and official public fitness references. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. BitVoyage is not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, data practices, or content.
12. Intellectual Property
PT Ready, including its software, design, branding, text, scoring implementation, workflows, and other materials, is owned by BitVoyage or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license stated in these Terms.
13. App Store Terms
If you downloaded PT Ready from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and BitVoyage, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for PT Ready or its content, maintenance, support, warranties, product claims, intellectual property claims, or legal compliance. Your license to use PT Ready on Apple devices is limited to Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and any applicable Family Sharing or volume purchase rules. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
If you downloaded PT Ready from Google Play, your use of PT Ready may also be subject to Google Play's terms and policies. Google is not responsible for PT Ready except as required by applicable Google Play terms or law.
14. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue PT Ready or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice in the app or through an app store. Your continued use of PT Ready after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Termination
You may stop using PT Ready at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms.
16. Disclaimers
PT Ready is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitVoyage disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and that PT Ready will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or meet your needs.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitVoyage and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, training outcomes, official test outcomes, or service interruptions, arising from or related to PT Ready or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitVoyage's total liability for all claims related to PT Ready or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid BitVoyage for PT Ready in the 12 months before the claim or 100 U.S. dollars.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BitVoyage and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of PT Ready, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where BitVoyage LLC is organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
