PT Ready Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how PT Ready users can request deletion of their account data and synced cloud data.
Request Account or Cloud Data Deletion
To request deletion, email dev@ptreadiness.app from the email address associated with your PT Ready account. If you cannot send from that address, include enough information for us to verify the account.
Please include "PT Ready account data deletion request" in the subject or body of the email.
What Will Be Deleted
- Synced score history associated with your PT Ready account.
- Synced workout logs associated with your PT Ready account.
- Synced active training plans and plan progress associated with your PT Ready account.
- Synced app preferences associated with your PT Ready account.
- PT Ready account identifiers stored by our Firebase services, where deletion is technically available and not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, tax, accounting, or legitimate business purposes. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.
Delete Local App Content
You can delete local PT Ready content in the app from the History page by using Delete all content. This removes local score history, workout logs, active plans, plan progress, and UFPM roster records from that device. You can also clear app storage or uninstall PT Ready to remove local data from the device.
