Score Calculator - Enter your push-ups, sit-ups, cardio, and waist measurement to get your total PFRA score and component breakdown by age group and gender. Includes built-in event timers and HAMR audio to facilitate a mock test.
AI Training Plan - Generate a personalized training plan based on your current score. Plans follow the Warfighter's Fitness Playbook structure with warm-up, main workout, and cool-down.
Workout Timers - Tap any rest or hold to launch a fullscreen countdown timer that auto-returns when done.
Workout Log - Log daily sessions and track completion across your plan.
Score History - Save, review, and export past scores as CSV to track progress over time.
How to Usetap to expandv
Start on the Dashboard tab - enter your age, gender, and scores, then tap Calculate.
Go to Training - review your preferences and tap Generate Plan. This calls the AI to build a focused training plan from your latest calculated score.
Navigate days with the arrows. Tap exercises to check them off. Tap rest buttons to start a timer.
Tap Log This Workout when done to record the session.
Use the History tab to review past scores and plan progress.
