PT Ready Data Deletion
This page explains how PT Ready users can delete or request deletion of app data without necessarily deleting their sign-in account.
Delete Data in the App
Open PT Ready, go to the History page, and use Delete all content. After confirmation, this deletes local PT Ready content from that device. If you are signed in, it also deletes synced cloud content associated with your PT Ready account.
Request Synced Data Deletion
To request deletion of synced PT Ready app data, email dev@ptreadiness.app from the email address associated with your PT Ready account. If you cannot send from that address, include enough information for us to verify the account.
Please include "PT Ready data deletion request" in the subject or body of the email.
What Data Is Deleted
- Synced score history associated with your PT Ready account.
- Synced workout logs associated with your PT Ready account.
- Synced active training plans and plan progress associated with your PT Ready account.
- Synced app preferences associated with your PT Ready account.
- Local app data on the device where you use the in-app Delete all content button.
What Is Not Deleted by a Data-Only Request
A data-only deletion request does not necessarily delete your Firebase Authentication sign-in account. To request account deletion too, use the separate account deletion page.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, tax, accounting, or legitimate business purposes. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.
