What is PT Ready?

PT Ready is an unofficial PFRA fitness preparation tool built for U.S. Air Force members. It uses the March 2026 PFRA scoring standards and the Warfighter's Fitness Playbook 2.0 (Feb 2026) to help you calculate your score, generate personalized AI-driven training plans, and track your progress — all in one place on your phone.

Features

  • Score Calculator — Enter your push-ups, sit-ups, cardio, and waist measurement to get your total PFRA score and component breakdown by age group and gender.
  • AI Training Plan — Generate a 6-week personalized plan based on your scores. Plans follow the Warfighter's Fitness Playbook structure with warm-up, main workout, and cool-down.
  • Workout Timers — Tap any rest or hold to launch a fullscreen countdown timer that auto-returns when done.
  • Workout Log — Log daily sessions and track completion across your plan.
  • Score History — Save and review past scores to see your progress over time.
  • PDF Export — Download your training plan as a formatted PDF.

How to Use

  • Start on the Calculator tab — enter your age, gender, and scores, then tap Calculate.
  • Go to AI Plan — review your scores and tap Generate Plan. This calls the AI to build your custom 6-week program.
  • Navigate days with the arrows. Tap exercises to check them off. Tap rest buttons to start a timer.
  • Tap Log This Workout when done to record the session.
  • Use the History tab to review past scores and plan progress.
